Represent one of the untapped potential areas in our country. Many aspiring athletes are unable to realize their dreams due to a lack of access to infrastructure, coaching, and equipment. We are dedicated to bridging this gap and making the dreams of building sports talents a reality

Thiru. Salee S Nair
Managing Trustee
Salee S Nair, a seasoned banker with 35 years of experience, has had a distinguished career with the State Bank of India (SBI). Holding various key positions, including stints in New York and Sydney, he specializes in managing stressed assets. As Deputy Managing Director in SBI , he significantly reduced NPA from 10.96% to 4.90%. After a successful stint in SBI he has taken over as Managing Director of TMB. Nair brings his expertise to provide strategic direction to the TMB Foundation as Managing Trustee.
Thiru. A.Niranjan Sankar
Trustee
An architect of transformation, driven by both intellect and heart. His journey from a textile engineer at IIT Delhi where he honed his technical skills and went on to do his masters in IIM Bengaluru beckoned a leap into the world of business strategy and leadership. Joining the family business, Niranjan seamlessly wove together textiles, chemicals, and materials. His canvas expanded beyond profit margins; it embraced social responsibility and community upliftment. Niranjan steers our foundation toward noble goals.
Thiru. A.Shidambaranathan
Trustee
A. Shidambaranathan, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has a robust professional history as a practicing Chartered Accountant, spanning from 1987 to December 2018 and continuing since December 2021. His comprehensive experience includes internal, statutory, tax, NBFC, NGO, and trust audits, as well as specialized bank audits. He also possesses significant expertise in Company Law matters, including company incorporation and regulatory filings. He previously contributed to the growth of TMB as an Independent Director from October 2011 to December 2018. Currently, he serves as a trustee with the TMB Foundation, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction.
Thiru. S.R.Aravind Kumar

S. R. Aravind Kumar is a distinguished professional with an academic foundation in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, enabling him to blend technical insight with strategic leadership. He has successfully managed dealership operations for leading FMCG brands, demonstrating operational excellence, business acumen, and a strong ability to scale systems with foresight. His broad commercial experience and forward looking leadership strengthen the Foundation’s mission to expand initiatives rooted in responsibility, impact, and long term value creation. As a former Director of the Bank (November 2009 – October 2017), he brings deep institutional credibility, and strategic continuity to his role as Trustee.

R. Kodeeswaran is a postgraduate in Commerce and a respected member of the renowned VVD & Sons Private Limited. With extensive experience across diversified business portfolios—including shipping—he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s export division toward sustained expansion and global reach. As President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thoothukudi, he exemplifies industry leadership, global perspectives, and a commitment to responsible enterprise. His seasoned expertise and dedication to purposeful growth continue to guide the Foundation in advancing its vision and strengthening its developmental agenda.
