TMB Foundation is seeking a highly capable professional with strong leadership skills to spearhead the Foundation’s initiatives in skill development, livelihood enhancement, and employability improvement for youth.

Role Overview
The Head of Operations will lead the organization’s social impact strategy, with a primary focus on skill development and long-term community upliftment. The role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a thorough understanding of CSR compliance under the Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership in Skill Development
- Design and implement scalable skill-building programs aligned with local needs and national priorities.
- Forge partnerships with training institutions, NGOs, and government bodies.
2. Project Identification & Impact Planning
- Identify and evaluate multi-year projects addressing systemic issues affecting marginalized communities, particularly in the southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
- Develop frameworks for measurable impact, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Implementation Oversight
- Liaise with implementing agencies to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Monitor execution, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure transparent reporting.
4. CSR Governance & Legal Compliance
- Ensure all initiatives comply with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Prepare board notes, budgets, and documentation required for statutory audits and trustee approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
- MSW or equivalent master’s degree (Regular Course).
- 20 years of experience in CSR, development sector, or foundation management.
- Proven leadership in driving CSR initiatives, foundation growth, and sustainable community development.
- Strong understanding of CSR-related provisions under the Companies Act.
- Experience working with implementing agencies and community-based organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
